The town of Goshen will hold a SPECIAL TOWN ELECTION on TUESDAY, OCTOBER 2, 2018, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., at the John James Memorial Hall (42 Main Street) in Goshen, MA, to cast their votes for the following question:
“Shall the Town of Goshen be allowed to exempt from the provisions of proposition two and one-half, so-called, the amounts required to pay for the bond issued in order to fund the repair of the Landfill cap, as ordered by Mass DEP?”
