The Town of Goshen, MA is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Highway Equipment Operator & Laborer. This individual performs skilled and semi-skilled work operating heavy and light equipment used for construction, maintenance and repair of streets, sidewalks, bridges, fences, culverts, catch basins, and storm drains, as well as snow and ice removal in the winter.
Both a full time & a part time position are available. The full-time position is a forty (40) hour per week benefited position, with overtime possible during the winter. For the part-time position will consider workers without all licenses who are actively, or soon will be, pursuing their licenses. Hourly compensation is $20 to $25 commensurate with experience. Minimum three (3) years road construction experience is preferred. The successful applicant must have a Class B CDL license, Medical DOT Card, 2A Hoisters License. Pre-employment drug test required.
