The Open Space Committee was appointed to address the goals and objectives of the 2012 Open Space and Recreation Plan. The Open Space and Recreation Plan focuses on ensuring that Goshen retains its rural character through the conservation of important natural and cultural resources and improving the quality of its recreational resources for current and future generations.
