At its meeting last night, the Select Board approved the following timeline for the Annual Town Meeting. Please submit any draft articles, or general topics for articles that your committee/department is contemplating for the warrant, no later than next Wednesday April 10. If you have any questions or need assistance please don’t hesitate to ask.
4/2 Email depts/boards/stakeholders with timeline and deadline for articles
4/10 Deadline for draft warrant articles – Town sponsored as well as citizen petitions
4/16 First review of draft warrant by SB (assuming you meet that night
4/17 Return draft warrant articles to stakeholders with any possible changes
4/27 & 4/28 Finance and Capital Planning Committees public information sessions
4/29 Final review of warrant by SB and FinCom
4/29 – 5/3 Approve and sign warrant by SB (Final warrant expected to be signed no later than 5/3)
5/6 Clerk posts warrant
5/20 Annual Town Meeting
