Town of Goshen Public Disclosure
The Board of Assessors has conducted a reassessment of property values in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40, Section 56, and in accordance with procedures of the Department of Revenue. The purpose is to have town property values more accurately reflect the current real estate market. The Assessor’s office will be open to allow for public disclosure of the values for FY2024 during the business hours of September 18th, 19th, 25th and 26th from 8a.m. to 2p.m. and Wednesday evenings September 20 and 27 from 4 to 7 p.m. Values can also be obtained by calling the office at 268-8236, ext. 302 during these hours.
